The return AND first Stuffed Animal painted since 2018!
This painting was inspired by many things… the amazing people in our lives that are not directly in our physical presence and the desire to re-explore the series that made me famous: Stuffed Animals.
The Stuffed Animals series started in 2015 and immediately skyrocketed my career. After 3 vigorous years of pursuing this series, it was time for creative change. This adventure took me through cRaZy stuFFed aniMALs, fur faces, Quilts, Impressions and now, back to Stuffed Animals… with 7 years of new, diverse creative growth! ;)
Two people in particular are direct inspirations for this painting: my wife Dr. Tara and my biggest Collector, Frank Schilling… both “i cannot wait!” to see again :)
